By optimizing various solutions, they introduce innovative products. This is their priority in everyday work.
What did the client expect?
The goal of the project was to implement the TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) information security standard, which is globally recognized in the automotive industry. This standard confirms the reliability and commitment to information confidentiality, which is especially important for organizations working with international clients.
MM Systemy was looking for a partner specialized in information security, who would stand out due to experience and a tailored offering. Our flexible approach, clear action plan, and effective negotiations from the sales department led to the establishment of a collaboration. We divided the project into two key stages.
What did we do?
WE CONDUCTED A GAP ANALYSIS
First, we conducted a pre-implementation diagnosis that identified gaps and assessed the current state of the information security system. This allowed us to carefully plan the next steps and determine areas that required special attention.
WE ANALYZED THE RISKS
Together with the employees involved in the project, we developed a risk analysis methodology that allowed us to identify critical areas for the organization and conduct an inventory of assets related to information processing.
WE DEVELOPED THE DOCUMENTATION
The results of the previous analyses served as the basis for creating the documentation related to the TISAX standard. We prepared draft documents, which were then tailored to the client’s requirements. Finally, we conducted an internal audit to verify the implemented mechanisms within the organization.
WE TRAINED THE EMPLOYEES
We trained the designated employees of MM Systemy, including internal auditors, in information security according to TISAX. The program of lectures and exercises was created based on materials from previous stages to effectively raise awareness of security within the organization.
What were the results?
Thanks to its collaboration with PBSG, MM Systemy gained an information security management system that meets TISAX requirements. This ensures the necessary level of confidentiality for information and better data protection, which is crucial for building lasting and positive relationships with partners. Given that TISAX operates worldwide and is recognized by participants in the global automotive supply chain, MM Systemy gained access to new markets, helping to build a competitive advantage.
The implementation of the TISAX standard at MM Systemy has resulted in a system that supports continuous process improvement and increases efficiency. As a result, the organization will be able to navigate more effectively in a dynamic business environment and focus on further development.
