Training methodology
- Training Methodology
- Achieving the proper training outcomes is made possible by selecting the appropriate topics and training methods tailored to the participants’ needs and the issues covered in the course. Below, we present the methods and techniques we use:
- LECTURE
We provide knowledge to the participants based on dedicated teaching materials, such as multimedia presentations. This is the foundational part of the training, during which we introduce the topics, discuss key concepts, roles, processes, procedures, etc. - PRACTICAL EXAMPLES
As practitioners, we base the training program on real-world events relevant to the specific problem being addressed. We help participants independently draw conclusions and find solutions. Our training is highly focused on practical application and the development of participants’ skills. - DISCUSSION
Participants express their opinions and share their experiences. A well-formulated discussion topic, with at least two opposing viewpoints, typically generates strong emotional engagement. The discussion enables the development of a joint solution or prepares arguments related to the topic. - BRAINSTORMING
In a short period, we generate many ideas and solutions for specific problems and situations. We engage participants, stimulate thinking, and foster creativity. - EXERCISES
Practical tasks related to the subject of the training, such as creating a process or performing a case study, etc. These effectively complement the lecture and practical examples. - TESTS
We assess participants’ knowledge and skills. We identify competency gaps and plan the educational process accordingly to improve the participant’s abilities. Depending on the training’s nature, this may be done using various tools, such as knowledge tests and assessments. - SIMULATIONS
These provide an excellent sample of reality, where participants actively engage and experience the outcomes of their actions. - SUMMARY
After completing each topic, we summarize the material covered. This is done by the trainer and allows participants to review the key points of the subject matter while also giving them the opportunity to verify their level of understanding.
