Information obligation

Dear Sir/Madam,

We would like to inform you about how we will process your personal data and the purposes for which it will be used. By explaining these matters, we aim to fulfill our information obligation under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Therefore, we would like you to know that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data, meaning the entity that decides how your personal data will be used, is PBSG SA with its registered office in Poznań, at Szyperska 14, 61-754 Poznań, VAT ID: 7831612258, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”.
  2. Your data will be processed for the purpose of sending commercial and marketing information to the email address you provided, based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), or for the purpose of fulfilling the agreement you have made with us for conducting training or taking actions to conclude it (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). Furthermore, the Company may process your data necessary for purposes resulting from the legitimate interests of the data controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), i.e., for the purpose of pursuing potential claims (by either party).
  3. Your data obtained for the purpose of concluding an agreement will be stored for the period necessary for its execution. In the case of data processed based on the legitimate interest of the controller, the processing period is limited to the time during which potential claims can be made. If the processing is based on consent, your personal data will be processed until consent is withdrawn.
  4. Access to personal data will be granted to authorized employees of the Company, collaborators, and service providers used by the Company (e.g., IT services, marketing services, etc.).
  5. You have the right to access your personal data and to rectify, delete, or limit its processing, as well as the right to data portability.
  6. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before its withdrawal.
  7. In the case of processing your personal data based on a legitimate interest, you have the right to object for reasons related to your particular situation. If you exercise this right, we will cease processing your data for this purpose unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
  8. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude the agreement and, in the subsequent stages, to perform it or to provide you with commercial and marketing information.
  9. No automated decisions, including profiling, will be made based on your personal data.
  10. You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
