About the training
Professional Business Continuity Training
We offer a four-day training program that covers the skills, knowledge, and procedures necessary to effectively meet the business continuity management requirements within an organization. DRI Poland invites you to attend the BCLE-2000 course, which concludes with a qualification exam and the opportunity to apply for DRI certification. BCLE-2000 is a comprehensive training that includes 32 hours of lectures and is intended for individuals who have not yet professionally engaged in business continuity management but wish to acquire in-depth knowledge and practical skills in this area.
Participants will receive a certificate of completion as well as access to training materials.

Target audience of the training
The training is intended for individuals who have not previously worked professionally in business continuity management and would like to acquire in-depth knowledge and practical skills in this field.
Language of the training
The training is conducted in Polish.
There is an option to organize the training in English.
Training methodology
Achieving the desired training results is possible by selecting both the appropriate topics and methods that align with the participants’ specific needs and the issues being addressed. Below, we present the methods and techniques we apply:
- LECTURE
We deliver knowledge to participants using dedicated teaching materials, such as multimedia presentations. This is the fundamental content of the training, during which we introduce the topic, explain key concepts, describe roles, processes, procedures, etc. - PRACTICAL EXAMPLES
As practitioners, we base our training program on real-life events related to specific problems. We help participants independently come to conclusions or solutions. Our training is heavily focused on practice and the development of participants’ skills. - DISCUSSION
Participants share their opinions and exchange experiences. A well-formulated discussion topic, often involving at least two perspectives, typically triggers strong emotional engagement. The discussion helps in developing a common solution or preparing arguments on the subject matter. - BRAINSTORMING
We generate a variety of ideas and solutions for specific problems and situations in a short period. We engage participants, stimulate their thinking, and encourage creativity. - EXERCISES
Practical tasks related to the training subject, such as creating processes, conducting case study analyses, etc. This effectively complements the lecture and practical examples. - TESTS
We verify the participant’s knowledge and skills. We identify competency gaps and plan the educational process accordingly to enhance the participant’s abilities. Depending on the type of training, various tools may be used, such as knowledge tests or practical tasks. - SIMULATIONS
These provide an excellent sample of reality where participants actively engage and experience the consequences of their actions. - SUMMARY
At the end of each topic, we summarize the discussed material. This action, carried out by the trainer, allows for the recall of the most important points related to the topic while giving participants the opportunity to verify how well they have absorbed the information.

Maciej Wiśniewski
A graduate in Law from Adam Mickiewicz University, Corporate Management from Poznań University of Technology, and a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Management, Poznań University of Economics. For several years, he has supported organizations in managerial areas, with a particular focus on strategic consulting and management systems. He has executed dozens of projects for both private and public sector organizations, including the implementation of advanced IT systems that support management processes. Currently, his scientific and professional interests are concentrated on operational risk, with a special focus on organizational resilience and cybersecurity.
